Templates and Terms

As you’ve probably already noticed, I’m trying to give this blog a little make-over. Over the next few days, I’ll probably be playing around with the layout and general aesthetics, so don’t be too thrown off if it looks different from day-to-day or hour-to-hour (Ha! Like anyone is really checking in on this ol’ thing repeatedly throughout the  day—my conceit knows no bounds).
Also, please feel free to leave a comment and tell me what you do or do not like about the new designs (i.e. is it hard to read? hard to navigate? is the background too dark? would you rather see a picture of sharks with laser-beams on their heads than a picture of Denny and me?)
Whatever you’re thinking, go ahead and let me know. I will do my best to be accommodating.
Which brings me to my next topic. It’s been pointed out by some (you know who you are!), that I should stop referring to you all (vast hordes of readers) as “Internet.” As in, “Hello, Internet, how are you today? Slow? Yes, I feel your pain.” What I should be calling you hasn’t been determined. Perhaps I’ll try something new on that front this week, too.
So, until we meet again, goodbye, Never-Ending Digital Abyss! (What? You don’t like that either? You people are impossible...)

  1. I must admit that I have, in fact, been checking more than once a day... Ya know, just to see if stuff changes. I like the current set up, but then again I am not terribly difficult to please.

  3. You're always first. :) Althought, in Mom's defense, she did try last night. But I had comments available only to registered users and she couldn't get it to work. It's fixed now!

  4. So I like it better with the sidebar on the left... but that's just me.
